Our recruitment process
At Brittany Ferries, the recruitment process is adapted to the job for which the candidate has applied. Some positions may have specific requirements.
Firstly, we will contact you to introduce you to the job for which you have applied and to get to know you better. Secondly, an interview will be arranged with a member of the Human Resources department and/or a representative of the job in question.
Our mobility policy
There are many opportunities for on-board positions, particularly in the hotel and catering sector. For the deck and engine departments, officers, mechanics and deck ratings are also likely to progress to senior positions.
