IT and innovation jobs are mainly based at the Company’s head office in Roscoff and in a co-working space made available to employees in Rennes.

IT professionals are responsible for developing and strengthening the architecture of our information systems. The focus of their work takes into account product expertise, a user-centric approach and an agile culture.

Here are some examples of areas of expertise:

  • Development and programming: our developers work on the design and maintenance of internal applications and online platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement of the digital services we offer our customers.

 

  • Information systems management: our IT professionals ensure the smooth running of the Company’s information systems, guaranteeing the availability and security of data essential to daily operations.

 

  • IT project management: our IT project managers lead technological initiatives aimed at modernising our infrastructure and services, ensuring that they are aligned with strategic objectives.

 

  • AMO: they play a key role in identifying the needs of Brittany Ferries’ various departments and proposing appropriate IT solutions to optimise internal processes.

 

  • Data: our data experts work with multiple data sets to extract useful information, make informed decisions and optimise processes.

 

  • UX: our UX designers are responsible for designing the overall user experience of a product. They ensure that the product is not only

Process de recrutement

Chez Brittany Ferries, le processus de recrutement est adapté au poste pour lequel le candidat a postulé. Certains postes peuvent être soumis à des exigences spécifiques.

Dans un premier temps, nous vous contacterons pour discuter du poste auquel vous avez postulé et pour mieux vous connaître. Ensuite, un entretien sera organisé avec un membre du service des ressources humaines et/ou un représentant du service concerné.
