At every port in France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain, our port agents welcome our passengers, assist with the management of ships at berth and coordinate port operations.

The main tasks at the terminal are as follows:

  • Passenger reception: guiding passengers during boarding and disembarkation, checking tickets and identity documents.
  • Contact with the crew on board: ensuring the smooth flow of passengers and vehicles while ensuring safety and meeting deadlines.

Logistics professions

Brittany Ferries has warehouses at each port to manage the company’s stocks, particularly the goods stored on board its ships. Our logistics professionals are responsible for organising logistics activities in their sector. They are committed to optimising the storage and distribution of goods intended to supply the ships.

  • Supply chain: helping to organise the various stages, including reception, inspection and layout of storage areas, preparation and delivery, to ensure efficient availability.
  • Goods flow: ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods while maintaining and servicing handling and service equipment.
  • Procedures and rules: ensuring the proper application of current customs procedures and compliance with safety and hygiene rules.

Chez Brittany Ferries, le processus de recrutement est adapté au poste pour lequel le candidat a postulé. Certains postes peuvent avoir des exigences spécifiques.

Dans un premier temps, nous vous contacterons pour vous présenter le poste pour lequel vous avez postulé et mieux vous connaître. Dans un second temps, un entretien sera organisé avec un membre du service des ressources humaines et/ou un représentant du poste concerné.
